Contract
Before you get started, you first sign a contract. The contract states, among other things, what you earn and how long you work.
Salary, pay slip and bank account
We pay your salary every 4 weeks. You will therefore receive a salary 13 times a year. When comparing your salary, always pay attention to whether it concerns a 4-week or monthly salary! Every 4 weeks you receive a pay slip, which states exactly what your gross salary is, what allowances you receive, what your rental costs are, how much tax you pay and how much you have left as a net salary that will be transferred to your bank account.
Apply for BSN number
If you work in the Netherlands you need a BSN number. This is a personal number that you receive from the municipality. The BSN number is needed for your health insurance and other official matters. We will help you with the application. To apply for a BSN number you need a European passport or ID card.
Health Insurance
If you live in the Netherlands, even if temporarily, you need a Dutch health insurance. If you need medical care, the costs for this (depending on the care you need) are covered in whole or in part. We have good collective insurance for you that you can use. Your contract includes an overview of which costs are covered and further explanation about your health insurance.
