We are your partner for motivated employees. Our employees are personally supervised by our coordinators. In this we distinguish ourselves from other temporary employment agencies.
Housing, transport and delivery reliability
In addition to our personal guidance, we also provide proper housing for our employees. All our residential locations comply with the SNF quality mark (foundation standardization flexliving) and are furnished. Matters such as fire safety, sufficient living space and hygiene are of paramount importance to us. To ensure that our logistics tasks run smoothly we have a fleet of good quality cars with which we transport our employees. This is how we ensure that our employees start at your work location on time.
Recruitment
We start the recruitment with a thorough analysis of the prosition(s), your company profile, the company culture and the employment conditions. During the job analysis, we determine together with you which competencies and skills are required for the succesful performance of the job.
In addition to our European employees, we can of course also provide you with Dutch employees in various specializations and at various levels. This is how we guarantee you an excellent mix of motivated employees. Our coordinators take care of the guidance of the employees for instruction and translation in and off the workplace.
Intake of new employees
All selected employees first come to our office in Almere. The personnel file is put in order and the temporary employment agreement is drawn up. The new employees also receive a copy of our personnel regulations. It goes without saying that the work they will perform for you will be discussed in detail.
